Thomas Green

Tom is a full time real estate investor who enjoys helping other investors be successful.

He is the current president of the Boulder County Real Estate Investors group (www.BCREI.com), a networking and education group of approximately 100 members.

He had invested in his own fix and flip properties in the Denver-Boulder area and understands what hard money borrowers need to get a successful deal.
